ERP Administrator

ERP Systems Analyst with hands-on experience leading ERP implementations, administration, and process improvement. He progressed from data entry to becoming the sole ERP SME, administering the ERP system, developing custom reports, and implementing barcode scanning and accounting workflows. He played a key role in the ERP implementation, bridging operations and IT to align the system with business needs.

Currently supporting another ERP, managing support tickets, system outages, and administrative tasks. Led the implementation of credit card processing and supported two major system migrations, including a move to Azure. Created reports using SQL and SSRS and worked alongside a dedicated data team. Throughout both roles, served as the only ERP SME.
