Director of FP&A

  • Experienced finance and FP&A leader with deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and executive reporting across manufacturing, healthcare, banking, and investment consulting industries.
  • Currently serves as Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, leading company-wide expense budgeting, consolidated financial reporting, P&L management, KPI tracking, and profitability optimization initiatives.
  • Strong background in cash flow management, loan covenant compliance, borrowing base reporting, and daily cash position oversight, including line of credit and working capital management.
  • Proven ability to drive operational and financial improvements through ROI modeling, investment analysis, inventory optimization, freight analysis, and strategic vendor/customer contract evaluation.
  • Led major finance transformation initiatives at HM Health Solutions, including activity-based costing implementation, service-level P&L reporting, pricing model development, and financial business cases for acquisitions and capital investments.
  • Experienced in managing multimillion-dollar budgets and forecasts, including oversight of a $22M manufacturing facility budget and executive-level forecasting/reporting responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and technical skill set utilizing IBM Cognos, Microsoft Power BI, AS400, SQL databases, FoxPro, Visual Basic, and advanced financial modeling and reporting tools.
  • Early career experience includes healthcare data analytics, fiduciary banking operations, retirement platform conversions, investment performance analysis, and leadership roles supporting pension, endowment, and institutional investment clients
