• Experience with acquisitions and due diligence processes 
• Has worked for both privately-held and publicly-traded organizations 
• Previously worked for $20M IT staffing firm where he was promoted from Controller to CFO 
• Technical expertise: Microsoft Excel & Access, Kronos, Great Plains
