Chromebook / MAC Administrator

He recently graduated with his Bachelor’s in Cyber Security, has a few years of professional experience under his belt, and also created multiple successful Esports media channels, with over 400k followers.
For three summers, he worked at a local school district to help with different projects, including Chromebook deployments/configs using Google Admin Console, deploying iOS devices, and collaborated with the internal IT team for network upgrades.

“Every summer he set up and deployed staff and student Chromebooks. He actually researched and developed a system using Arduinos to automatically configure devices and it worked flawlessly. He set up student accounts, the back-end Google Console, those kind of things. 
We had some iPads/iOS devices that he deployed as well. We had quite a few MACs that he deployed in a TV studio for us. 
He also helped us move from HP/Cisco gear to Ubiquiti. He created VLANs, configured ports, subnets, all of that. Installed and tested afterwards as well. 
He helped design the specs for an Esports Lab, built them, etc.

He’s a little quiet, that would be the only thing he could improve on. I wished he would speak up a little more. But he also does speaking gigs for Esports, has almost 500k followers on social media. Understands the kids/audience. 

When he’s on a project, he’s passionate and driven. He’s going to set the world on fire, but he just needs someone to give him a chance. He’s eager to learn.
I think he undervalues his skills a little bit. I think that confidence will come with time.
