Senior Technical Analyst

Used Salesforce to manage a website used by 10k users for inventory, order processing, and user accessibility. He created knowledge articles to help agents. He also “trained the trainer” for up to 400 end users to navigate the website. 
Migration to take the CRM Salesforce users into the Salesforce instance that SolutionNavigator was built on. He fixed/cleaned the data, manually added to new site- Salesforce CRM to GCIB.
