Operations and Logistics Leader

Candidate has an A.S. in Business Administration and 15+ years of work in quality, logistics and supply chain.
Responsible for creating SOPs for every department in company, coordinating annual training, and working to develop processes and efficiencies for the entire company.
Works with vendors for purchasing for the service departments and responsible for safety improvements. 
Assisted in operational performance focusing on driving revenue and reducing cost. 
Experience in construction, maintenance and service, manufacturing.
Six Sigma Black Belt responsible for implementing 5S principles, developing change management tools, developing change management plans, communication plans, standard work documentation, responsible to lead process mapping workshops, including Value Streams.
Previous experience as purchasing analyst handling negotiations with vendors, driving down prices, auditing vendors, and approving all office product orders for 25 branches as well.
Also experienced as maintenance planner ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulatory procedures, planning, and scheduling work for 500 technicians.
Key skills include process and value stream mapping, project management, RIW/Kaizen leadership, continuous improvement, customer relations, and communication and influence.
