Warehouse/Operations Supervisor

This candidate comes to JFC with strong prior warehouse management experience. In his most recent role as Operations Supervisor, he was responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day allocation of resources, enforcing GMP standards, and maintaining a safe and positive work environment for all line personnel. He describes himself as a go-getter and a jack of all trades. One of his key implementations has been developing a KPI tracking system to help other members of leadership better track production and thru-put. This also helps give insight into needed training for team members and areas for continuous improvement efforts.
