• Proficiently well-versed in a wide spectrum of general accounting principles, encompassing month-end close procedures, financial statement preparation, consolidation, adept cash flow management, meticulous cost analysis, budgeting, long-term forecasting (including 10-year targets), key performance indicators (KPIs) monitoring, internal controls optimization, P&L analysis, Work in Progress (WIP) accounting, AIA billing, strategic planning, and active participation in business development
• Boasts a robust background in the domains of construction and manufacturing
• Demonstrates a solid command of technical skills, dedicated to enhancing proficiencies, implementing innovative strategies, and overseeing efficient operations
• Proven track record as an experienced leader and supervisor
