  • Oversees managed service providers, SLAs, and vendor contracts while driving roadmap initiatives, service improvements, and platform consolidation.
  • Automated on-and-off- boarding tasks, 200-400 tasks each week (permission changes, adding/removing users) – freed up about 20 hours/week with automations.
