He has about 4 years of Service Desk experience. He is Level II & III Support for his clients and also assists Level 1 techs with escalated issues.
Virtualization & data protection is his area of expertise, working directly with Systems Engineers. Also handles backup maintenance and monitoring and works with ESXi and Vcenter. His team will help with lighter level break/fix virtualization issues. He’s spun up VMs and has his own home lab. He’s very comfortable with AD/Entra ID, Exchange, O365, Teams, InTune, Cisco Call Manager, and Azure
