• CPA with his BS in Accounting with both public and private accounting experience
• Solid work history of 20+ years working at one company but has transitioned through multiple acquisitions
• Responsible for managing and directing all corporate finance and accounting including reporting, close process, due diligence on business acquisitions and quickly and efficiently integrating post acquisition
• Expertise in budgets, forecasting, process improvements, system conversions, internal controls, inventory management and job costing, cash flow management
• Manage, train and advocate for the accounting staff to significantly increase skill level, teamwork, efficiency and morale
• Advanced technical ability in most programs including Excel, Access, Crystal Reports, Viewpoint, Oracle, Lawson
