Sr. IT Support / Team Lead

IT Lead with long-term enterprise IT support and team leadership experience

  • Current IT Manager responsible for staff supervision, workload management, performance reviews, and IT project coordination
  • Hands-on background in Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, endpoint setup, Active Directory user provisioning, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience leading field technicians, approving timecards, and coordinating hardware purchasing within budget guidelines
  • Working knowledge of networking basics (VLANs, cabling), imaging via MDT, and Cisco VOIP environments
  • Active NACLC security clearance since 2014
