• Master’s Degree and 13+ years of progressive finance experience
• Background in financial closing processes, P&L forecasting and productivity modeling
• Extensive experience in manufacturing accounting and international finance operations support
• Experience in custom report development, data analysis and proficiency in data tools
• Strong understanding of manufacturing planning systems and production reporting methods
• Cognos, Hyperion  and SAP financial systems, JD Edwards and BPCS manufacturing modules, SAS, SQL, Crystal Reports, Advanced Excel & Access
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills across multiple business functions and various levels of an organization
