Director of Finance AND Administration/CFO

• Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) and 6 years of progressive accounting experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience overseeing a team of up to 4 staff
• Strong technical skills including advanced Excel, ERP system implementation experience, JD Edwards, Yardi, Oracle NetSuite, and SAP
• Oversight of general accounting, journal entry and accrual review/approval, AP/AR management, ADP payroll, taxes, financial analysis, cash management, fixed assets, monthly financial reporting, and budgeting
• Strong analytical and technical skills spearheading system integrations/implementations, process improvement initiatives, streamlining solutions and working on ad-hoc special projects
