Candidate has an A.S. in Humanities and a B.S. in Business Management, and 10 years of implementing and managing safety, quality and compliance in quality and quality management roles within manufacturing environments.
Significant leadership in direct and change management and is currently acting as leader for quality department in current position.
Plans, develops, and leads IMS program improvements across all management systems, including QMS, EHS, and Compliance.
Experienced with sustainability efforts.
Also currently leads projects to develop new and improved existing management systems and procedures resulting in reduction of average external audit findings by 30%.
Experience developing and managing systems for audits.
Conducts periodic Management Review meetings with directors and general manager to review key quality metrics, discuss trends, and coordinate quality improvement initiatives.
Very experienced with ISO:9001, 37301, 45001, 14001, 13485, PowerBI, Excel.
Also familiar with CFR 820, CFR 803, CFR 806.
Root Cause & Corrective Actions experience, as well as FMEA, Risk assessments, Analytics Development, KPI Thresholds, SAP/ERP/Quality Management software, Data Management & Analysis, Procedure/Policy Development, Process Engineering, and Six Sigma, Lean experience.
