• Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees and 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Proven experience to drive revenue and profit growth – Led the growth at his current employer from a $15M company to a $50M+ company in 8 years
• Oversees the strategic planning process including the forecasting of sales and expenses for three-year time frames and the development of strategic vision for the departments he manages
• Strong experience improving and streamlining processes, managing cashflow, and coordinating an environment of teamwork and productivity
• Additional areas of expertise: financial statement preparation and analysis, employee recruiting and retention, budgeting/forecasting, internal audit and controls, technology and software applications, vendor relations, business insurance and risk reduction, and expense controls
• Volunteers for several non-profit, church and service organizations
• References have referred to him as “a fearless leader who has been able to take his current employer to new heights” and “a great communicator who is easy to get along with and has excellent leadership abilities.”
