  • Partners with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to leverage compensation data insights, developing solutions to attract and retain talent.
  • Manages the annual compensation planning/merit cycle, including budget development, technology setup, and communication processes.
  • Oversees the $2M Recognition and Rewards program, driving a 5% increase in retention and engagement scores year over year.
  • Leads and mentors Analyst-level staff, providing coaching, training, and project management to ensure successful execution of compensation initiatives.
