Amber Schuster is our Director of Financial and Professional Services and has been with the company since 2010. She is industry certified and leads a high-performing team of recruiters who help Accounting and Office Professionals make meaningful career moves. Amber graduated from West Virginia University and grew up in Mechanicsburg. She now lives in Camp Hill with her husband, daughter, and their Australian Shepherd. She loves connecting with people, traveling to new places, and catching live music whenever she can.

Since 2006, Sabrina Strong Gallagher has become an expert in the IT field! Sabrina serves as our certified Director of Technical Services – working with our IT-focused team in the marketplace. Her team places IT Professionals and Technologists in a wide variety of positions with both new and long-standing clients. Sabrina has spent most of her life in the Central PA area. In addition to spending time with her husband and pup, Sabrina enjoys biking, snowboarding, and boating in her spare time.
Engineering
Skilled Trades/Logistics
Scott Blake has been growing our recruiting team in Engineering, Skilled Trades, and Logistics/Supply Chain since 2007, when he first made Central PA home. He is our Director of Engineering Services with both technical and staffing certifications. Outside of work, Scott’s usually on the sidelines of a soccer or lacrosse field with his wife and their dog, Tucker, cheering on their kids. Depending on the season, in his off-hours you’ll either find him on the ski slopes or relaxing with his family at their lake home in Dingmans Ferry.
