Help Desk Tech
JFC Global has been exclusively tasked by a growing, enterprise level organization to find a Help Desk Analyst to join their team for an on-going contract. Our client is open to candidates with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an IT related field who is looking to get their foot in the door with a great company.
This role will handle level I tickets, escalating issues to the right department, resolving and troubleshooting network connectivity issues, excellent documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
